Who We Are: Collaborative Information Services, Inc., a New York-based, new media company, has developed the StolenCarReports Program to assist law enforcement in recovering stolen vehicles. StolenCarReports (SCR) is an integration of online and offline resources that are currently un-utilized. By leveraging community resources, law enforcement intelligence, and financial incentives, we intend to significantly improve the rate of vehicle recovery and help to deter auto-theft. With the support of The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB), some of the major auto insurers, municipal law enforcement agencies, and you -- the citizens of America, we are making a difference.

Our Mission: Empower citizens by creating a nationwide neighborhood watch for stolen vehicles, increasing the recovery rate of stolen vehicles, and detering auto-theft.
